Do I have to register before checking out?

No, you can checkout without a registration. If you have everything you need in your cart, simply click on 'Checkout' to go to the checkout screen.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course you can cancel your order. Please click HERE to send us a message with your cancellation. Don't forget to mention your order number.

My order has status 'Waiting for payment', what does that mean?

'Waiting for payment' means that we haven't received your payment yet. If you have paid with Eenmalige Machtiging, it can take a few days for your payment to be processed. Please click HERE to send us a question about your payment.

Can I change my order?

When will my books be delivered?
